About Me

As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, I have work experience as an IT Network Helpdesk Specialist at PT Comtelindo and served as a member of a robotics team responsible for the team’s computer networks and robot electrical systems, this team has been a finalist in the Indonesian Robotics Competition every year. I also have a strong desire to learn, adapt quickly, and am ready to be assigned to any position the company needs.

24/7 monitoring of all network links across Corporate, Government, and Retail sectors, totaling over 2,500 links. Generation of daily outage reports and updates on IP addresses, ports, links, and access rights in the event of configuration changes, in coordination with the NOC team and field technical teams. Generation of Daily Traffic Reports, Monthly Company SLAs, and Government Outage Logs with 100% valid data. Handling of customer outages and coordination with internal teams and 10+ vendors.

Maintenance of instrument control hardware in power plants for all power generation systems involving 5+ vendors.

Creating predictive models using machine learning to forecast reservoir inflow with 65% accuracy for operational optimization.

Planning daily, weekly, and monthly operations related to power generation systems at power plants

Periodic internet network development on telecommunication lines at servers (PLN Substation) and users in all cities in West Java more than 25 cities and 30 remote areas with SBU team and also assigned vendors.

Depart for the city with a team of 3-5 people to carry out maintenance and repairs if there are damaged channels that need to be repaired immediately.
